Help a fellow with a case by searching way of solutions with different angles

Group of young teachers with a case (a problematic he had with a student)

At a group coaching session

Methodology and timing
- The fellow/teacher introduce the case he has with a student 5’
- The other fellows/teachers and the coach shoot questions 5’
- The fellow/teacher answers the questions 5’
- The fellow/teacher is turning his back to the fellows/teachers and the coach while they discuss the case 10’
- The fellow/teacher concludes by sharing his takeaways 5’
Advice
The teacher really has to turn his back so that his colleagues don’t see his face while they discuss the case, they are not influenced by his reactions.
