- Same subject teacher conduct model lesson for each other.
- They share these experiences and then further elaborate on standards that emerged.
- It is good for a new teacher to attend model lessons.
- It is also advised to use this tool when teachers need to come up with a new practice / adapt to new circumstances (eg. new learning materials, different curriculum etc).
Advices
Teacher should be a good team and cooperate not shame each other.
