3. Agree on goals for the session
4. Gather inquiries from the staff
5. Get feedback to the session from staff

Advices

1. Appoint teachers to facilitate trainings only when they agree to do it
2. This does not have to be only a tool for expert teachers – it is also a valuable tool for great research or brainstorming sessions lead by less experienced but active teacher
