1. Teachers plan a lesson together. It is possible to team up more than 2 teachers.

2. Every teacher teaches the lesson on their own.

3. Teachers share their experience and results.

4. Collaborative team defines next steps for another lessons.

Advices

Collaborative planning is perfectly suited for setting new standards or experimenting with new teaching techniques.
Make sure that the differences between separate classrooms are taken into account in reflection.
